ICAEW Fined the RSM Tenon Recovery Chief

Jackson took full responsibility and told the tribunal that he felt ‘enormous regret’ for all that had happened. He further said that he did not make any personal gain and in fact his firm had undergone a loss of significant amount of money in handling the case.

Jackson was also reprimanded. He has to pay both fine and costs as well.
