Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange have launched a new online training portal for issuers and other stakeholders through CoursePark, a cloud-based learning management solution developed by Bluedrop.

The CoursePark platform will provide online courses for issuers looking for a flexible learning option to supplement the Exchanges’ existing in-class workshops. The courses provide training on the Exchanges’ filing requirements and are offered in both English and French.

Bluedrop Performance Learning (TSX-V: BPL) has been working on effective workplace learning for individuals, corporations and the public sector.

“We are pleased to offer two of our long-standing in-class workshops in a very convenient and time effective online format,” said Loui Anastasopoulos, Vice President, Business Development & Company Services, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. “Using CoursePark has allowed us to develop exceptional courses, while providing an efficient tool to distribute these courses to a large audience.”

Emad Rizkalla, President and CEO, Bluedrop Performance Learning added, “We are very excited to enter into this relationship. The online courses we developed will provide a great opportunity for Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange to offer world class e-learning to many of their clients in Canada and abroad. These new courses provided through the CoursePark platform offer the one thing executives value more than anything else – time savings.”

The courses are available through the TMX Learning Network training area on CoursePark at TMX.coursepark.com.
