Prolifics, known to be the largest end-to-end systems integrator, announced today the Energy and Utilities SVP Industry Authorization it obtained from IBM, the first authorization that IBM has given to one of its business partners as of November 5.

Nicolas Jabbour, Prolifics CEO, was invited to join the panel at IBM’s Smarter Industries Symposium in Barcelona, Spain when Prolifics received its new designation. The exclusive gathering, which lasts from November 9 until 11, would give time to business partners, client business leaders, and IBM executives to tackle moves of escalating measurable business outcomes for their customers through industry-wide strategies and industry-specific solutions.

These initiatives would enable IBM and its business partners to meet the demands of clients who are seeking to drive more value from their technology investments. Business partners of IBM can now use this program to set themselves apart by gaining credentials in their specialized industries for proven solutions.

Jabbour said Prolifics is glad to receive the authorization from IBM after the former has been working with several customers in the Energy and Utilities industry. Energy and Utilities SVP Industry Authorization recognizes Prolifics for its investment in the market sector. “We look forward to applying for authorization in other focus industries for Prolifics, such as the Healthcare and Insurance sectors,” Jabbour added.

Prolifics specializes in IBM technologies and has garnered awards for its technical excellence across IBM’s entire software portfolio.

Prolifics is also known to provide high-quality services in architectural advisement, design, development, and deployment of end-to-end SOA and Portal solutions, being a Premier Level IBM Business Partner.
