Ernst & Young Hua Ming Now a Limited Liability Partnership

The Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China (MOF) has officially approved the conversion of Ernst & Young Hua Ming (EYHM) into Limited Liability Partnership.

“We deeply appreciate the efforts and on-going support of various government authorities, including MOF, State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, China Securities Regulatory Commission, State Administration of Taxation, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, other provincial and municipal Administrations for Industry and Commerce and the provincial and municipal Institutes of Certified Public Accountants,” says EYHM.

EYHM continues: “Ever since our establishment in China 20 years ago, we at EYHM have been consistently promoting localization and diversification. The transformation into LLP is a positive and healthy continuation of our people and business strategies.
