Steve Gallucci Appointed Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Greater Fairfield County Practice
Deloitte has appointed Steve Gallucci to managing partner of its Greater Fairfield County practice.
Gallucci, a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, will oversee nearly 1,300 employees and is responsible for the strategy and direction of Deloitte activities in the southern Connecticut area. He will also continue to serve as the lead client service partner for several clients in the consumer business and media sectors. Gallucci succeeds Harry Hurvitz who is moving into a national role as managing partner with Deloitte Tax LLP, where he will oversee tax services delivered to some of Deloitte’s most strategic clients.

Gallucci has spent his entire 22-year career with Deloitte. In addition to client service responsibilities, he has served in various leadership roles including managing partner of the Stamford audit practice and chief of staff to Nick Tommasino, former chief executive officer of Deloitte’s audit and enterprise risk services subsidiary.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Providence College and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He currently serves as the vice chairmen of the board of trustees for the International Rett Syndrome Research Foundation.
Gallucci is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
He resides in New Rochelle, N.Y. with his wife, Maura, and their four children.
