SEC Suspends Trading of Several Firms

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has temporarily suspended the trading in the securities of a number issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EST on February 24, 2012 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 8, 2012.

American United Gold Corporation (AMUG), AMS Homecare Inc. (AHCKF), Aucxis Corp. (AUCX), CYOP Systems International Inc. (CYOS), had their trading suspended due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission.

This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).
