SeC Suspends Trading of Jetronic Industries, 9 Others

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EST on February 23, 2012 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 7, 2012.

The companies included Jetronic Industries, Inc. (n/k/a New Bastion Development, Inc.) (NWBA), JMAR Technologies, Inc. (JMAR), Kolorfusion International, Inc. (KOLR), Legalopinion.com (n/k/a Drayton Richdale Corp.) (DRYN), Lifestream Technologies, Inc. (LFTC), Lions Petroleum, Inc. (n/k/a China Hongxing Agritech, Inc.) (LPET), Luna Technologies International, Inc. (LTII), Litewave Corp. (LTWV), MDI, Inc. (MDIZQ), and MobilePro Corp. (MOBL).

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission.

This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k)
of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).
