SEC Suspends Trading of City Capital, 5 Others

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, of trading in the securities of City Capital Corporation, of Las Vegas, Nevada and Cypress, California, at 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 13, 2012 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 26, 2012.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of City Capital because of
questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly available
information about City Capital because it has not filed any periodic reports since its delinquent
2009 Form 10-K, filed June 15, 2010.

Furthermore, the SEC temporarily suspended the trading in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 12, 2012 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 25, 2012:

• AP Henderson Group (APHG)
• BPO Management Services, Inc. (HAXS)
• Capital Mineral Investors, Inc. (CMIV)
• CardioVascular BioTherapeutics, Inc. (CVBT)
• 1st Centennial Bancorp (FCEN)
